5th ICSAF 2024 will cover following topics specifically:
- Culture Meat, Plant Based Foods, Genetically Modified Foods
- Low Carbon and Regenerative Foods
- Functional Food, Agri-Food Microbiology and Biotechnology, Nanotechnology
- Food Alternative, Food Recycling, Food Processing and Engineering
- Food Packaging and Development
- Sustainable Food System
Notes
- All parts of the competition will be conducted in English.
- Registration and submissions must be performed via the online submission system (Google Form).
- Submissions consist of two stages: (1) Abstract and (2) Full-written proposal. Once the abstracts are accepted, it is required to submit the full-written proposal on a predetermined date and all authors must register for and present onsite at the conference.
