About Us
The 5th International Conference on Sustainable Global Agriculture and Food (5th ICSAF) is a collaborative event between the Soegijapranata Catholic University, Indonesia with Saigon Technology University (Vietnam), Assumption University (Thailand), and Fu Jen Catholic University (Taiwan). 5th ICSAF facilitates the exchange of knowledge and technology among lecturers, scientist, practitioners and students which is expected to become a forum for all from within and outside to exchange ideas related to food science without any barriers to differences in place, time, and unwanted constraints. By supporting the further development of food science and technology, 5th ICSAF 2024 aims to update the science educate and advance sustainable food production.
This year, The Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Soegijapranata Catholic University will hold the 5th International Conference on Sustainable Global Agriculture and Food with the theme of “Future Foods: Innovation and Sustainability”. The 5th ICSAF will be held offline on 7th-8th March 2024, in Soegijapranata Catholic University, Semarang. The sequence of the events consist of conference and food competitions. The competitions held consisted of oral presentations and poster competition.
